No person or motor vehicle owner shall park or permit a motor vehicle to be parked on any public street within the City of Medford between the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM between the dates of November 1^st and April 1^st of any year

Any motor vehicle parked in violation of this section shall at the direction of a police officer be towed away and stored at the owner’s expense if such vehicle inhibits snow removal in any manner or block a private driveway.

Winter parking offenses are $25.00 if paid within five calendar days.  If payment is not made after five calendar days, a citation with a court date and further costs will be issued.
