All new customers are required to complete an Application for Utility Service. This application along with a copy of your drivers license or photo ID can be dropped off at our office or emailed to cityofmedford@medfordwi.gov

For most residential customers your electric, water, wastewater and refuse/recycling bills are all included on one monthly bill from Medford Utilities.

Payment Options

In person or by mail

Payments can be mailed to:

Payments can also be made in person at the same address. Our office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. After hours payments can be left in our secure drop box at the office.

Payments made by mail must arrive at our office by the due date to avoid late fees.

Automatic Bank Pay

With automatic bank payment:

  • Your bill is paid on time every month - no late fees
  • You will still receive your monthly bill with a reminder that the amount will be drafted from the account you requested
  • Monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date
  • You'll never have to worry about forgetting a payment or mailing it in on time

To enroll please complete the Automatic Bank Payment Application and return with a voided check or savings deposit slip. The complete application and voided check/savings deposit slip can be dropped off at Medford Utilities or emailed to cityofmedford@medfordwi.gov

Pay Online - New site!

Medford Utilities is transitioning from Payment Service Network (PSN) to Our Community Connect for all utility customers to pay safely and securely online.

Click here to access the new portal.  The first time you will need to register - after that payments are an easy 3-step process.

By paying online or mobile:

  • You can pay immediately, schedule a or set up Auto-Pay.
  • You can print receipts, view past statements, see status of payments, look at past usage histroy, and more!

 

Payment Service Network is still active during the tranistion.  Please be sure to remove any scheduled payments to avoid a double payment.
