Billing & Payment Information

All customers moving to the city or relocating within the city are required to complete an Application for Utility Service. This will need to be brought into our office or emailed to us along with a copy of your photo ID to It can also be completed at City Hall during normal business hours.

For most residential customers your monthly bill from Medford Utilities contains: Electric, Water, Wastewater, Refuse/Recycling.

Automatic Bank Pay

With automatic bank payment:

  • Your monthly bill is automatically deducted from the designated account on the due date
  • You still receive your monthly billing with a reminder that it is paid by draft
  • Your bill is paid on time every month, no more worries about payment deadlines
  • You don't have to worry about writing a check
  • You save a stamp or the time it would take to drop payment off at our office

To sign up for Automatic Bank pay you can complete the Automatic Bank Payment Application and submit a voided check at our office

Online Bill Pay - Credit / Debit Card / EFT

The City of Medford uses Payment Service Network (PSN) for utility customers to pay safely and securely online.

With PSN you can:

  • Set up an online account
  • Pay by checking/savings/credit card
    • A convenience fee of 3.00% will be applied to credit card payments. An additional fee of 50¢ is applied for payments less than $100
  • Set up Auto-Pay
  • View your bills
  • Opt out of paper bills
  • View payment history
  • Print receipts
  • Change your payment profile
