The City of Medford Board of Review will meet on the 16th day of May, 2023 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 639 South Second Street, Medford, WI for the purpose of calling the City of Medford Board of Review into session during the forty five day period beginning on the fourth Monday of April, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §70.47(1).

Due to the fact the Assessment Roll is not completed at this time, it is anticipated that the Board of Review will be adjourned to the 15th day of August, 2023 at 6:00 PM.

Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §70.45, the Assessment Roll for the Year 2023 assessment will be opened for examination on the 28th day of July, 2023 at Medford City Hall, 639 South Second Street.

Instructional material about the assessment and Board of Review procedures will be available at that time for information on how to file an objection and the Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin law.

Notice is hereby given this 27th day of April, 2023.
