NOTICE OF MATERIAL BID
The City of Medford will accept bids until 9:45 AM on Thursday, March 5, 2026, for the following Public Works material bid items:
- Ready-Mix Concrete – (7 bag mix) No Fly Ash
- Backhoe Rental with operator
- Blacktop (A&B)
- Truck Rental with operator
- Screened Top Dirt (cost per cubic yard)
- ¾” washed rock – approximately 200 yards
- 1 ½” crushed rock – approximately 200 yards
Specifications and bid sheet on the above are available upon request at City Hall, 639 S. Second Street, Medford, WI 54451 during regular business hours.
All bids offered regarding the above items shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works at 639 S. Second Street, Medford, WI 54451, in a sealed envelope marked “Material Bids”.
Bid opening will occur in the conference room of City Hall at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
The City of Medford will accept bids by items only and reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
