The LIVE Medford Grant can make your move a little easier, with up to $10,000 in financial incentives for eligible new homeowners.

Whether you settle in the City of Medford or another Taylor County community, we’re here to help you put down roots. We’ll introduce you to the people, businesses, organizations, and activities that make the City of Medford and Taylor County a great place to call home. 

• Home purchase assistance: Up to $6,000 toward a down payment, closing costs, or other approved expenses.
• Moving assistance: Up to $3,000 to help cover moving expenses.
• Memberships and Chamber Bucks: Up to $1,500 for memberships to the REC Center, area golf courses, and Huey’s Hideaway Children’s Museum, or for Chamber Bucks.

To qualify, your household must:

• Have moved to the City of Medford or Taylor County from outside Wisconsin after April 1, 2026. 
• Have an annual household income of at least $55,000.
• Purchase a home in the City of Medford or  Taylor County as your primary residence. Renting does not qualify.

Funding is limited, and submitting an application doesn't guarantee an award.
